Sheriza Bazari is the founder of Start Here Consulting, a business she set-up after a full-circle realisation of her passion for education and leadership development. After earning a Bachelor’s in Education from Moray House, Edinburgh University, Sheriza’s adventurous spirit led her to explore diverse industries across six countries over 23 years.
Now, she is answering her true calling—empowering youth with the skills and behaviors needed to become future leaders. As a mother of two teenagers and a seasoned expert in people development, Sheriza understands the challenges young individuals face during their transition into adulthood and career decisions.
Through Start Here Consulting, her goal is to impact 10,000 youth by 2030, equipping them with the tools to navigate their formative years with confidence and purpose.
