Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Moray House, Edinburgh University, Sheriza has further strengthened her expertise with a CIPD Diploma in Learning & Development Practices and certifications in coaching, emotional intelligence (EQ), and mindfulness. Her extensive experience in leadership and management capability-building has driven measurable improvements in employee engagement and career growth within organizations.
